- LET was created by Olga and Nicholas Masek, two ICF-certified leadership, executive, and transition coaches and facilitators to empower people of all ages and walks of life to experience and enhance what it means for them to Lead, Engage and Transform. LET operates worldwide, and offers coaching and facilitation services in English, French and Russian.
